Colleen Allard, Vice President - Fiscal Affairs, graduated from The University of Iowa School of Business with a B.B.A. She has served as Finance Director for not-for-profit organizations in the Quad-City, Chicago and Southern Illinois regions for over 15 years before entering the private sector. Having joined the company's accounting department in 2003, she was promoted to that of Director Fiscal Affairs in 2005. In 2010, Colleen was promoted to Vice President of Fiscal Affairs. Colleen currently continues to serve in that position and has proven herself an extraordinary member of the Diederich Group of Companies.
